Program Director

Department: Direct Care
Reports To: Chief Executive Officer

POSITION SUMMARY

The Program Director is responsible for the overall oversight and execution of One Voice’s treatment programs- Journey, Haven and Adventure. This individual oversees program operations, supervises direct care staff, provides crisis intervention when necessary, and ensures high-quality service delivery for survivors. The Program Director leads the service planning process, enforces corrective action when needed, and ensures all staff meet established deadlines and program goals. The role requires strong leadership, collaboration with staff, and alignment with the organization’s
mission and vision.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Program Leadership: Oversee all aspects of the program’s daily operations, client care, and continuous evaluation for effectiveness and improvement.

Staff Management & Development: Hire, train, evaluate, and coach direct care employees to ensure excellence and alignment with organizational values.

Program Coordination & Compliance: Lead service planning, ensure program compliance with One Voice policies and external standards, and maintain quality partnerships with providers.

Collaboration & Strategic Support: Work closely with the therapist and CEO to align interventions, track outcomes, and support organizational strategy, budget, and grant requirements.

Crisis & Care Oversight: Provide calm, effective crisis intervention and ensure individualized care plans are implemented with excellence and compassion.

QUALIFICATIONS

● Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
● 3+ years of experience in program management or a similar role, preferably within a trauma-informed care setting.
● Experience supervising staff and leading teams in a clinical or direct care environment.
● Strong crisis intervention skills and experience working with individuals affected by trauma.
● Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
● Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and respond effectively in high-pressure situations.
● A commitment to One Voice’s mission and values.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

● Supervise direct care staff, ensuring they provide trauma-informed and client-centered services.
● Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings with staff they oversee, providing support, feedback, and guidance.
● Ensure adherence to program budget lines, helping staff manage resources effectively.
● Oversee staff schedules to maintain optimal coverage and service delivery.
● Monitor and support the overall health and well-being of staff, encouraging a positive work environment.

PREFERRED SKILLS

● Familiarity with trauma-informed care, therapeutic approaches, and evidence-based practices.
● Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
● Experience in nonprofit or social service settings.

● Must be 21 years of age or older
● Physical demands may be required in this position
● A valid Texas Driver’s License, appropriate insurance, and a reliable vehicle
● Must submit and pass a pre-employment drug test, as well as agree to random drug tests during employment
● Must successfully pass all background screens as required by the state
● Have a record of a tuberculosis screening, showing the employee is free of contagious TB
● Be physically, mentally, and emotionally capable of performing assigned tasks and must have the skills necessary to perform assigned tasks

Aftercare Coordinator

Department: Direct Care
Reports To: Outpatient Specialist
Job Type: Part-Time / Non-Exempt

SUMMARY

The Aftercare Coordinator plays an essential role in overseeing the daily operations, safety, and overall functioning of the Adventure Transitional Program, serving survivors ages 18–30. This
position ensures that both program and individual survivor goals are achieved through effective coordination of treatment plans, delivery of services, and trauma-informed support. The Aftercare Coordinator provides consistent oversight, relationship building, and accountability to help participants transition successfully into independent living.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Daily Program Oversight: Ensure smooth operations, safety, and structure of the transitional living program.

Participant Support & Accountability: Conduct daily check-ins, confirm work attendance, and support individual goal achievement.

Crisis & Emotional Support: Provide calm, trauma-informed intervention and emotional support when challenges arise.

Collaboration & Documentation: Partner with internal and external teams for coordinated care and maintain accurate documentation in the CRM.

Milestones & Relationship Building: Celebrate participant progress and foster strong, supportive connections to encourage long-term stability.

QUALIFICATIONS

● Minimum one year of experience in a behavioral health, social services, or residential setting.
● Demonstrated experience working with individuals who have experienced trauma or challenging life circumstances.
● Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
● Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.
● Proficiency in documentation and use of CRM systems or related data platforms.
● Demonstrated ability to remain calm and professional in crisis situations.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

● Previous experience in program coordination or transitional living environments.
● Training in trauma-informed care and crisis intervention.
● Knowledge of community resources and aftercare programming.

OVH organized living environment will allow young women to experience a new beginning using an overall holistic approach designed to fit her specific needs. Executive Assistant

SUMMARY

The Executive Assistant plays a crucial role as a trusted extension of the CEO, providing administrative, event, and operational support to ensure the seamless functioning of the organization. By managing the CEO’s calendar, handling correspondence, and preparing board materials, the Executive Assistant allows the CEO to focus on strategic leadership. This position also supports donor and volunteer cultivation, fostering strong relationships by sending thank-you cards, planning appreciation events, and being intentional in developing lasting connections. The Executive Assistant will oversee the logistics of fundraising events, track important deadlines, and contribute to the preparation and distribution of materials for donor engagements. Maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, and an organized system for records is essential to the role, ensuring
that the organization runs smoothly and efficiently. This position is key to building a positive organizational culture and fostering ongoing connections with donors, volunteers, and staff.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSBILITIES

Administrative Support
• Prepare materials for board meetings, including agendas, minutes, and reports.
• Handle email and phone correspondence on behalf of the CEO, as needed.

Event and Fundraising Support
• Coordinate logistics for fundraising events and donor meetings.
• Track deadlines and follow up on tasks related to fundraising campaigns.
• Prepare and distribute materials for fundraising efforts, such as donor lists or event packets.

Communication and Liaison Duties
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive director and internal/external stakeholders.
• Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.

Operational Support
• Manage special projects assigned by the CEO.
• Assist in tracking key organizational metrics and preparing reports.
• Coordinate with other staff to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
● Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date list of community programs, services, and partner organizations to support referrals and collaboration. This resource list will assist Case Managers across all programs in connecting survivors to appropriate external services when they do not meet One Voice’s program criteria or require alternative support.

Confidentiality and Professionalism
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Support the CEO in fostering a positive and respectful work environment.

Donor and Volunteer Appreciation
● Write and send personalized thank-you notes to donors and volunteers, expressing gratitude for their contributions.
● Plan and coordinate quarterly appreciation events to celebrate donors, volunteers, and staff, ensuring meaningful recognition.
● Develop creative ways to acknowledge milestones, such as anniversaries or significant donations, through special celebrations or personalized messages.
● Collaborate with the CEO to identify key moments for celebrating staff achievements, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
● Maintain a system for tracking donor contributions, ensuring that all are recognized in a timely and thoughtful manner.
● Ensure that appreciation efforts are consistent and intentional, building strong, lasting relationships with key supporters and team members.

Supervisor Responsibilities:
This position does not supervise staff.

QUALIFICATIONS

Prior administrative experience is preferred. Must have good communication, be assertive, the ability to multitask, and be willing to be flexible. Proficient knowledge of computer programs such as Word, Excel, etc.

Education:
● Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
● An associate’s degree with significant professional experience may also be considered.
● Additional certifications in office management, project management, or executive assistance may be beneficial (e.g., Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) or Project Management Professional (PMP)). While formal education is preferred, extensive experience in administrative roles or a proven track record of handling high-level executive support can sometimes compensate for specific educational requirements.

Language Skills:
Ability to communicate, verbally and in writing, in a clear, concise, and effective manner.

Reasoning Skills:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, be assertive, and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written or oral form.
